The Mail button appears at the end of AddVantage reports. Click Mail to send the AddVantage report to an e-mail recipient. The report is included as a .html attachment.
NOTE: The Mail button appears only if your system manager has granted you the e-mail privilege. If you need the e-mail feature but the Mail button does not appear at the end of your reports, contact your system manager.

Click OK to send the report attachment to the recipient. The screen displays a confirmation message. |
The e-mail message contains the title of the report followed by a brief generic message about viewing the report. The text you entered in the Message field displays as the last portion of the body before the .html report attachment.
NOTE: AddVantage does not encrypt the reports sent through the Mail option.
