To add a user field:
Click Forms on the Actions menu.
Click User Field on the Forms menu.
Click New User Field on the User Field menu.
Enter information in the fields.
NOTE: Do not use any special characters in the Field Name or Field Description. For example, do not use \ / : * ? " < > | ~ ^ .

Enter the name of your new field. You cannot use a space in the field name. If your field has multiple words, use upper and lower case. For example: TransDate. |

Click OK to continue adding the user field or click Cancel to exit the action. |
When you click OK, the screen displays the user field detail.
