Adding a User Field

To add a user field:

  1. Click Forms on the Actions menu.

  2. Click User Field on the Forms menu.

  3. Click New User Field on the User Field menu.

  4. Enter information in the fields.

NOTE:  Do not use any special characters in the Field Name or Field Description. For example, do not use  \  /  :  *  ?  "  <  >  |  ~  ^ .

Description

Field Name

Enter the name of your new field. You cannot use a space in the field name. If your field has multiple words, use upper and lower case. For example: TransDate.

Field Description

Enter a description for the new field.

OK or Cancel

Click OK to continue adding the user field or click Cancel to exit the action.

When you click OK, the screen displays the user field detail.
