Client Profile

To display the Client Profile page, first select a client in the Client panel (either on the initial Dashboard or on the main Client page). Then click Select Action, and select Client Profile on the drop-down menu. If you are already using a different client report or transaction activity, you can click the Client Profile link in the Activities panel.

The Client Profile shows you the relationships established for a client and a Reminders List. The Client Profile contains multiple sections described under separate headings below. In the title bar for each section are controls that allow you to hide or show that information. If you use the control to close a section, it will be removed from the current report, but the section will be displayed again the next time you display the Client Profile page.

Client Identification

The top section of the Client Profile displays basic information used to identify the client: name, address.

Account Relationships

This section lists the account relationships that have been established for the client. These relationships are shown in table form, and you can customize the layout of the table using the Modify View button.

Event Relationships

This section lists the event relationships that have been established for the client. Event relationships are shown in table form, and you can customize the layout of the table using the Modify View button.

Summary information is shown for each relationship listed in the table, including the event name and the type of relationship that the client has with that event. You can see detailed event information by clicking the expand  button in the summary event line. The Event Detail information appears in tabbed form below the summary line in the table. To hide the Event Detail, click the collapse  button in the summary line.

Ticklers

The Ticklers List shows you events that have been created specifically for the client or for the accounts owned by the client. These Memo events are shown in table form, and you can customize the layout of the table using the Modify View button.

Summary information is shown for each Memo event listed in the table. You can see detailed event information by clicking the expand   button in the summary event line. The Event Detail information appears in tabbed form below the summary line in the table. To hide the Event Detail, click the collapse  button in the summary line.
